Congratulations to Elecoldxhot, Showdown 2011 Winner of RM50,000 and with the title "MALAYSIA'S BEST DANCE CREW"~!

I have loved since the beginning at the audition, they are the best and caught my attention. I continue supported them until the finale and as I believe they will 100% win and they did so, yesterday! What a great dance crew. So for Showdown 2010 we have Wakaka, a bboy crew and now Showdown 2011 we have Elecoldxhot, a street dance crew, awesome! Malaysia's dancing industry is getting higher and higher! What will we have on Showdown 2012?? Can't wait for it! Doomsday Dancing Reality Show (LOL)!

Movie Of The Year 2010

And the movie of the year 2010, even though the year has not ended, goes to......

STEP UP 3D

Yeah! Great movie! Watched it with my brother, Tenzho & Kgai Kang. The movie was more than my  expectation. Been waiting so long since they announced. Have you watch it? If not, you should! It's got everything of the 'now generation' in it. Breakdance, Robot Dance, Popping, Locking, Beatbox, Capoeira, Ballroom Dance and even some classical dance. 

Not gonna spoil the movie for you. But just some thoughts. Adam Sevani (right) can not only dance, but parkour! Gosh, that's awesome. His acting was okay. He changed allot since Step Up 2: The Streets. His dancing skills improved allot and in the movie his one of the main character. 

There's one part he dances with Camille, his childhood best friend. Their dance is so charming, cute and funny! They go around a street, dancing and using the objects all around while a classic song from the ice-cream man truck is playing. Here's the clip, check it out!

The first dance battle in the movie is at a pit with allot of dust and powder, the enemy's team was good. Especially their wild animal-like expression, plus their secret weapon which is an awesome popper (left). But they lost to Adam's crew because they have this robot man, oh my gosh I tell you. Then come the second dance battle in he movie, this time is at China Town. Adam (Moose in the movie) came late, while arriving at the spot he knocked a switch and water starts flowing on the battle grounds. If you watch Step Up 2: The Streets, the last dance they danced while it was raining. Now in Step Up 3D, they dance on water but it's ten times better. Speechless. Adam's dancing was superb plus together with Madcon's song - Beggin'. You should really really click here. You will not regret. 

Finally, the last battle at The World Jam. This battle I tell you, is a must watch. There's lights, lasers, headspins, robot rock - come on go watch it. Overall, the movie is great - no! The movie is inspiringly phenomenal and epic. Oh and the soundtracks are too. Check them all out. Step Up 3D, movie of the year.

Well, unfortunately the following day after I manage to do a wall spin on cement, I was exhausted and after that I did not manage to do a wall spin again on cement! I dunno how and why and I'm so sad, it's like I forgot how to get rid the fear of it. Only recently, I understand why, thanks to this video:

It's all because of muscle memory, because on the first day I managed to do wall spin on cement, I was over excited and did like 20 times + ! I got exhausted, my muscle hurts and my muscle remembers the pain and fatigue that I gave it. That's why I forgotten the move. But!!! Today!!! I DID IT AGAIN! I start all over again, practice and practice on my bed, then tried on cement to get rid of the fear. Then sudden power, POW!!! I did wall spin again on cement, I am back!!! LOL

But, this doesn't means anything, it does not satisfied me yet. Because so far the only cement that I did wall spin on is the wall of my house, until I do a wall spin on another wall I'm still not happy. Will try to do it later when I get the opportunity.

Holidays

Hello everyone! My exams are now over, I never caught flu (I normally catch flu when there is examination) and my mid-term holidays now starts! So I watched the finale of American Idol 8 and I'm so happy that Kris Allen WON!!! Woooooot~! I'm so glad that he won, I though Adam was going to win because of his overwhelming fans, but Kris won! That's so great because Kris is a Christian and he also has done missionary work around the world, including in Burma, Mozambique, South Africa, Spain and Thailand. I guess it's God's Will on the working, Kris can be a great singer and promotes peace and unity. But if Adam Lambert won, who knows what's that gay guy gonna do, and if Adam doesn't wins he also will have a great career. Furthermore, I love Kris' first single "No Boundaries" thanks to Kara and other writers of the song! It is a very beautiful and meaningful song, I downloaded and put it into my phone right after I finish watching the finale. 

Okay, back to me. Last week's Capoeira's class after training the attack and defense moves, he suddenly ask us: "Would you like to try to do backflip?" and I was like what the crap, so fast? But he is just giving us an exposure to it, we practiced jumping high on that day. Later, we practiced Aerial (no-handed cartwheel) and i was also shocked, we are suppose to learn this later, not so fast. But he said this is just an exposure; I tried doing the Aerial, but din't get it, guess I have to practice harder. Also, this week's Capoeira's lesson I can't attend because I'm going to a 4 day workshop at my church and after that I also have things to do. So, I won't be updating for a long time. I guess I'll see you later, in the meant time enjoy Kris' first single.

Capoeira!

One day, I saw an advertisement saying they are teaching Capoeira class. My mother also saw it and she explained it to me, Capoeira is a martial arts that combines games, dance and acrobatic from Brazil. I was interested and I searched online for it and saw some videos, it is totally cool! By the moment i saw the videos, I wanted to learn it! They do handstands, cart wheels, flips and others stunts. It's like break dance + gymnastics + martial arts ! I asked my parents if I could learn it, but my father doesn't let me because he said I have to concentrate on my studies. But I kept begging and asking until he finally let me LEARN! But he said I have to study hard or not he will stop it. I was extremely happy and excited. I had my first lesson this Tuesday and it was great, gonna have my second lesson this Sunday. Watch the video below to see how Capoeira is like..

and the winner for this season goes to...

Shah Indrawan Ismail - Tomok

I was shocked a bit when they announced that, I though Esther was going to win. But too bad, at least it isn't a girl who wins this time, the first season was won by Suki and the second was by Ayu and now the first boy who won OIAM, Tomok. It finally came to an end, but after the show finish they said, "See you in the next season !" I thought this was the last season because they always say, One In A Million 3 the hottest season yet. But this is great, there is going to be season 4! I'll be waiting for it. 

The Grand Finals starts with a performance by the Top 12, honestly I liked this performance best among the others.

This was Tomok's Grand Finals song, esspecially composed just for him, Rindu Terhenti.

FINALLY, I DID IT!!!!!

Determination is important.

Today after school, I stayed back to do Parkour with my team. Today, I told Tenzho that if he did back flip, I will do wall spin. I determined myself! When stay back time, i keep trying and trying to do the wall spin. Tenzho asked me to spot him, so he can do back flip, so i spotted him, putting my hands behind his back when he jump. He did a back flip, but it was cacat... not really perfect, but it's still good. It made some of his fear gone. After that, he wanted to try to do back flip without a spotter, but the Malay people has taken the small field and he cannot do it. My school doesn't have a big field, it has only a small small one, it really cannot be called a field also. It's like 2.5 times the size of a veranda. The small small field was occupied, so Tenzho can't do back flip. So, I went to the wall and continue to tried to do wall spin, but I still can't! When I reach home, I go on YouTube and watched allots of wall spin tutorial videos. After that, I quickly when to my parent's big bed and tried to do wall spin on the wall on my parent's bed. I keep doing and keep failing, and then suddenly I just did it! I did a WALL SPIN for the first time... on the bed. I was extremely happy and jumped around, I wanted to do it for ages. That time i was extremely sweaty and tired, I went and took a bath. After bathing, I came out and determined myself, I must do Wall Spin on cement! I push away my sofas and tried to do it, but it was too scary!! I keep falling and failing. I went back to the computer and watched more tutorials, and then i went to do it again. I tried a few more times, and at last I FINALLY DID A WALL SPIN ON CEMENT! Watch the video! XD

Yeah, finally the new video has come, as i promise. This time Tenzho edited the movie, it was great with all the changing scences part, design and music! But Tenzho forgoted what i told him, he added some unwanted scences, and it made the video not perfect as I wanted. Also at the end in the extra scences part, some scences are not needed! Haiz, but at least it's good with all the great stunts perform by all of us, thank you Tenzho for editing and everyone else! I hope the next video will be better and greater, will be directed by XiaoLee, but that's still long to go. Also a small parkour video is coming soon, just a normal one, not as great as this. Chinese New Year Holiday Starts

Oh Yeah , the one week of Chinese New Year holiday has start !!!!

I can feel the spirit of Chinese New Year trying to unleash out of me, but I'll keep it inside till Chinese New Year starts, two more days to go !

But I'm really tired now , mentally and physically. Physically because of PE on Thursday, our teacher is mad. On PE, first we did High Jump, then 200 meters running and then one legged hopping game of tag. And all of those are done in less than 50 minutes , it was really tiring. It's already two days, and whole body is still hurting all over. 

But anyway I'm happy because nigahiga ruin Twilight. =D 

And here are 15 reasons why Twilight sucks !!!

1. It promotes teenage marriage.

2. It promotes teenage pregnancy.

3. It promotes not going to college or getting a good education.

4. It promotes abandoning your entire family for one person.

5. Bella is disrespectful to here parents inconsistently.

6. Bella and Edward's relationship is based purely on appearance and not love.

7. Twilight teaches teens that it is totally okay to stop school just because you are pregnant.

8. Don't know what to do with your ex-boyfriend Jacob Black ? Easy, give him your baby so that he can get over you.

9. Edward and Bella spend countless paragraphs just staring into each other's eyes.

10. Twilight makes fan-girls go mad over a fictional character - Edward.  

11. Vampires don't SPARKLE.

12. Stephanie has ruined every single good vampire novel or movie ever written or created.

New Year Coming

This will be the song that I will dance and perform on New Year's Day with my team, learned this dance within 2 days and has been practicing for only 3 days, body all pain, especially the thighs. It's a last minute preparation, hope the dance will work out. I'll maybe post the video here if they uploaded it to the Internet.

But they really made it, Swiss company Rinspeed have finally created a car that can be driven both on land and under water, it's name is called sQuba. The inspiration for the sQuba was the animated Lotus Espirit driven by James Bond in The Spy Who Loved Me. The concept car has completed in this year, but it is not yet on sale. They say that there will be limited appeal for the car that can dive underwater. The car will be marketed as a "toy for rich people". Oh, wait it can float on water too. Dream car of my life... still have to wait for a long long long time
