After walking a little more we reached our destination, Kuala Lumpur Craft Complex. By the moment we went inside and pass by some items at display and i though, Oh no we are going to view a craft museum for my birthday. But Justin say we are not yet there, so we go on more deeper into the complex and reached a Wakaf. We are going to do Batik, and Batik takes hours to finish (that's what allot of water for). I choose a twin tower and KL tower picture and Justin choose a flower. We sat down at the table & chairs provided there and start tracing the picture on the cotton. After tracing, the shopkeeper traced one more time with wax, so that we can color it part by part. If don't wax it, you drop one color, the whole piece will soaked with that color.
We took around 3 hours to finish our batik and while waiting for the paint to dry we went to eat lunch and walk around the museum. Most of the museum stuff are for sale, and they are damn expensive. There's a very nice small wallet that Justin wanted to buy for him, but never bought. It costs RM 20 !!! Here are some pictures of the stuff at the museum.
This Jar or whatever you call it, cost about RM 300+
This silver gong cost RM 500+
And the most expensive thing that we manage to found, this golden banana tree cost RM 10400.00 !!!!!
After looking around we head back to the Wakaf store, took our batik, Justin paid for them and we head back home. The Batik was the present for my birthday from Justin, once again thank you so much! It's fun making Batik, it was my first time, great experience. If you would like to make one or visit the place, here's the address :

Section 63, Jalan Conlay,
